Working Pattern: Typically 5 days in office with core hours flexible between 8am6pm.

Next Sourcing
Next Sourcing (NS) is a fully Next owned subsidiary and an internal supplier. We have 9 global sourcing hubs from Hong Kong Bangladesh to Porto!In the UK we are the face of the operation to our Buying Teams responsible for sourcing and product development. Its a growing business with very exciting prospects.
Your role
This role is a great opportunity to join our dynamic team and take charge of driving sales across Childrenswear within Next Sourcing. Your responsibilities will include monitoring current sales and market trends to identify new areas for growth collaborating with Product Teams to propose innovative ideas and selling products with conviction to Childrenswear customers..
Youll play a key role in driving new opportunities from concept to sourcing developing clear strategies in advance of each season and building strong relationships with stakeholders. Additionally youll manage critical paths assist with negotiations troubleshoot when necessary and engage in travel for customer visits and territory exploration. About you
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual with a genuine interest in product and ideally a background in Buying or Merchandising. Strong price negotiation skills are essential for success in this role. You will be adept at prioritising tasks effectively and thrive in a dynamic environment that offers exciting travel opportunities. We value flexibility and actively encourage you to bring your progressive ideas to the table. The ideal candidate will be quickthinking eager to learn and motivated to develop their skills within our organisation.
Your team
The Next Sourcing Childrenswear team is growing. The team combined has years of experience spanning across Buying and Merchandising Design and Sourcing plus experience within varied product areas such as Branded and Next own label. The team brings a wealth of experience and so much industry knowledge. They are so excited to share this and nurture additional talent in their team.
