Essential Functions:
- Smooth out and compress asphalt to ensure a quality surface on roadways and parking lots.
- Be able to operate on various levels of grade to ensure a smooth surface.
- Be familiar with compaction requirements and rolling techniques on different mixes of asphalt to remove cut marks and deliver a smooth surface.
- Maintain roller machines including checking/refilling fluids levels daily and greasing.

Requirements:
5 Years of experience operating a 2ton roller and 10ton roller preferred.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Applicant must have no felonies that are violent in nature and/or theft related in the last 7 years.
Comply with the companys drug and alcohol testing requirements.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a fulltime position. Hours of work vary based on project needs and weather conditions. Overtime as required.
