Job Description
Our early childhood center is looking for a full time Infant/Toddler Teacher Assistant. The fulltime position hours may vary from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm.
FullTime employees receive paid holidays vacations and additional PTO and sick pay.
The ideal candidates must have experience working with infant to toddlerage children be comfortable and confident caring for infant to toddleraged children have excellent communication skills and be a nurturing and patient caregiver. Teaching Assistants help to create innovative lesson plans and enhance the learning environment for our students.

Responsibilities:
Work with children in the classroom and outdoors to promote their learning and development
Communicate with parents and keep them informed about their childs development and any changes to the regular daytoday schedule
Collaborate with teachers to monitor the development of each child
Understand the teachers routine when it comes to delivering a lesson plan and running the class in the event that the teacher is absent on a particular day
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills
Nurturing teaching approach
High school diploma/GED required (Associate degree preferred)
Compassionate attitude and strong understanding of child development
Experience caring for young children
Job Types: Fulltime
Pay: $16.50 $20.50 per hour
