We have a need for a Growth Initiatives Program Associate Director who will develop growth initiatives and plans for the Command Control Communications and Battle Management (C3BM) and Networking portfolio. This is an onsite role.

What You Will Do:

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Developing growth initiatives and plans for the Command Control Communications and Battle Management (C3BM) and Networking portfolio
  • Leading integrated functional teams to capture new business and manage related projects
  • Serving as the subject matter expert for the following: CJADC2 battle management communications networking gateways and Long Range Fires for the Departments of the Navy and Air Force

The role will also support the Connected Battlespace & Emerging Capabilities portfolio as a subject matter expert in Naval CONOPS relating to Long Range Fires. As part of these duties the candidate will liaise with relevant DoD stakeholders to identify evaluate and ultimately secure participation in relevant Large Force Exercises relating to Long Range Fires and CJADC2.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a Bachelors degree and 12 years of prior relevant experience OR
  • Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience ORIn absence of a degree 16 years of relevant experience is required
  • Resides near or willing to relocate to the North Dallas Texas or Chantilly Virginia region to work onsite
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
  • Existing TopSecret clearance and SCI eligible
  • 15 years of operational experience with USN and/or USAF Long Range Fires CJADC2 CMCC battle management and communications networking to include future CONOPs
  • Knowledge and familiarity with requirement budget R&D acquisition and operational USN and USAF C2 and battle management organizations
  • Knowledge of Department of the Navy Project Overmatch and Department of the Air Force Advanced Battle Management System and associated programs
  • Knowledge of DoD stakeholders to shape and secure participation in Large Force Exercises relating to Long Range Fires and CJADC2
  • The ability to direct defense industry capture proposal and business management skills and principles leading to business growth

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Existing SCI clearance
  • Experience in business development and program management of command & control and battle management systems
  • Familiarity with international C3BM opportunities

The salary range for this role is 162000 USD 326000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
