Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Broker Georgetown Hybrid

Are you a driven detailoriented insurance professional ready to grow with an exciting new branch office Were looking for a Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Broker to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping our Georgetown location.

What Youll Do:
- Manage and service a book of personal lines insurance clients providing excellent customer support and timely followup.
- Advise clients on appropriate coverage policy options and changes.
- Process endorsements renewals and new business using TAM (The Agency Manager).
- Collaborate with underwriters and insurers to ensure optimal outcomes for clients.
- Assist in the development of the new branchs presence and reputation in the Georgetown community.
- Transition from remote work to inoffice as operations at the new Georgetown branch establish.
What Were Looking For:
- RIBO License (in good standing) mandatory
- 35 years of experience in a personal lines insurance brokerage setting.
- Proficiency in TAM (The Agency Manager) must be comfortable and efficient on the platform.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customerfirst mindset.
- A selfstarter who thrives in both independent and team environments.
- Experience with commercial lines is considered a strong asset.
- Spanishspeakingis an asset.
- Willingness to work remotely during the initial phase and transition to our new Georgetown office once established.
