Heidelberg Materials is one of the worlds largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9000 employees.
What Youll Be Doing
- Operate pit loader to transport materials efficiently and safely.
- Looking for someone to operate a 988 loader equal or bigger.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Assist with other tasks as needed to support operations.
What Are We Looking For
- Proficiency in operating heavy equipment particularly loaders.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
- Ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work conditions and tasks.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to postoffer preemployment physical examination drug/alcohol screen and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.
What We Offer
- $28.00 to $29.15 per hour
