Position: Client Care Coordinator

Role Overview:

  • First point of contact for incoming clients.
  • Compassionate serviceoriented individual needed to connect clients with the right counselors.
  • Monitor phone lines respond to inquiries screen requests and schedule appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Intake: Screen clients and match with appropriate counselors.
  • Coordination: Manage counselor schedules for initial calls and appointments.
  • Phone Support: Respond to calls/voicemails and assist with request forms.
  • Followup: Ensure clients are successfully connected to counselors and maintain satisfaction.
  • Data Tracking: Monitor trends in client service requests and make recommendations for process improvement.
  • InterAgency Coordination: Manage client transfers within the agency.
  • Caseload Management: Oversee agency and individual caseloads ensuring timely responses.
  • Internal Communication: Post updates in agency newsletter.
  • Team Support: Provide backup support for team members and contribute to leadership meetings.
  • KPI Achievement: Commit to exceeding performance targets.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Pay: $2025 per hour (based on experience).

Requirements

  • Organization & Time Management: Strong administrative and problemsolving skills.
  • People Skills: Empathetic inclusive and heartcentered approach.
  • Experience: 3 years in clientfacing or support role (preferably in healthcare/mental health).
  • SelfDirected: Able to work independently and handle confidential information.
  • Education: Associates/Bachelors in Business or equivalent preferred.
  • Hours: Fulltime MondayFriday 9 AM 5 PM with occasional evening/weekend hours.
