Job Description
Experienced Interventional Pain Management Physician Fayetteville NC
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interventional Pain Management Physician to join a pain practice in the Fayetteville North Carolina area. In this role you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of patients suffering from chronic pain conditions all within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and consultations to develop tailored treatment plans for patients with chronic pain.
- Perform a variety of interventional procedures including but not limited to:
- Epidural steroid injections
- Facet joint injections
- Sacroiliac joint injections
- Spinal cord stimulation
- Peripheral nerve blocks
- Discography
- Vertebroplasty/Kyphoplasty
- Interpret diagnostic imaging (Xrays CT scans MRIs) to identify conditions and recommend appropriate therapies.
Requirements:
- ACGME accredited with a completed fellowship in pain management.
- Board certification in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation or Anesthesiology is preferred;
- Proven track record of success in a clinical pain management setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to patientcentered care.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday during standard business hours
Compensation and Benefits:
Base Salary: $350000$375000 per year commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Salary Guarantee: A guaranteed base salary for the first 12 years of employment allowing for a smooth transition into the practice.
ProductionBased Model:After the guarantee period compensation will shift to a productionbased model providing opportunities for increased earnings based on performance metrics and patient volume.
