This will include delivering workshops presenting solution overviews and providing benefits analysis of software features and developmentsProvide consulting services to aid the implementation adoption operation and expansion of Adobe Campaign at client organizationsProvide Implementation consultancy Customer Assistance and postimplementation support to Adobe Campaign clients in their deployment and use of Adobe Campaign solution. Specifically (but not limited to):Work with Clients to assess & Design Adobe Campaign to meet customer business needs by understanding their database architecture and settingup ETL and dataflowsConfigure the Adobe Campaign solution to customer requirement including Campaigns setups building web pages using problem diagnosis troubleshooting and resolutionCreate Implementation plans for new and existing clientsCreation of accurate estimates and quotations for Adobe Campaign Consulting servicesCreation and maintenance of relevant documentation including requirements functional and technical specs that define and support the solutionOwnership of the technology solution from estimation and design through to delivery acceptance and operationKnowledge transfer/Training to customers on solution implementedProduct Upgrades and Configuration activitiesReporting on project delivery to Project Management and Manage projects on your own in smaller projects which do have dedicated Project ManagersBuild great working relationship with Onshore Consulting team Learn and Adopt bestpractices from such teams globallyWork closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure professional delivery of technical implementationsRequired Skills:2 years of SQL development experience including ETL implementations2 years of scripting/programming experience (JavaScript preferred)5 years of enterprise software implementation/development experience4 years implementing Adobe Campaign for clients withHave worked on setting up a fresh instance of Adobe Campaign to go live for at least 4 clientsHave setup ETL workflows with initial data loads and corresponding schemas and formsHave hosted deskside coaching sessions with clients demonstrating functionality built and enabling clients to use itHave created complex scheduled multi touch campaignsHave created complex deliveries with more than 5 personalization fieldsGood communication skills to ensure effective customer interactions communications and documentationExperience with migration from Campaign V7 to V8Able to work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to work under pressure think quickly delivering to tight deadlinesAbility to work under flexible timings 8 hours per day overlapping client time zones. Typically and 8 hours day between 0800IST to 1200EST depending on client presentation and customer facing skills
