Work in an agile environment to design and implement new features based on business requirementsProvide overall directionguidance and definition of the technical architecture to the development teamManage the scalability and technical infrastructure roadmap and deliver on the sameResponsible for the overall quality of deliverables across all parameters including functionality performance security and usabilityProvide oversight and general best practice tools and techniques to other developersEffectively communicate with team members as well as product managementStrong trouble shooting and problemsolving skillsExpert knowledge of Java and J2EE programming languageExpert knowledge of design patterns EJB ECLIPSELINK JPA ICEFACESExpert knowledge of RESTful web services in Java (e.g. JAXRS Spring MVC Rest)Good experience in SQLKnowledge in building enterprise class web applicationsExcellent understanding of developer life cycle and enterprise developer debugging and problem solving skillsDeep experience in AGILE development SCRUM and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
