In this pivotal role you will play an integral part in managing our BillToCash processes and leading a dynamic team that drives our customer service finance operations.
What You Will Do:
You will oversee and manage a team of 35 Trade Executives ensuring smooth and efficient customer service finance operations. Your responsibilities will include credit management handling customer disputes and deductions and ensuring trade claims/invoice processing is executed flawlessly. Your key role will also involve developing and implementing strategies to reduce risk and increase operational efficiency.
You will collaborate crossfunctionally with sales finance and internal controls to drive positive outcomes ensuring a reduction in customer queries through root cause analysis. Your leadership will have a direct impact on the business by overseeing the management of aged debt and preventing invalid claims. You will be working in a fastpaced resultsoriented environment where your skills in problemsolving and stakeholder management will be highly valued.
You will also have the opportunity to grow and develop your team providing ongoing training mentoring and coaching to ensure they excel in all aspects of their roles. The skills and knowledge you develop in this role will accelerate your career growth at Mondelz International.
What You Will Bring:
Management experience with the ability to lead mentor and inspire a small team of Trade Executives to achieve high performance and deliver against business goal.
Strong analytical numerical and logical reasoning skills to thrive in a datadriven environment.
Proven experience in a fastmoving consumer goods (FMCG) or consumer packaged goods company with a deep understanding of credit control and ordertocash processes.
Previous supervisory or managerial experience with a passion for coaching and developing a highperforming team.
A handson approach with Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel to ensure you can dive into the data and make informed decisions.
Experience in managing challenging disputes communicating across multiple departments to minimize risk and increase operational efficiency.
A commitment to audit compliance (SOX Controls) and meeting critical Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
