Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Successfully engage with children and foster physical emotional cognitive and social development
Provide responsive care to all children and adapt daily routines and lesson plans to meet the needs and interests of individual students as well as the whole group
Maintain ongoing communication with parents and families
Work collaboratively with the other caregivers
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience in early childhood education (bachelors degree is a plus)
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong desire to work with children ages 3 to 4 years
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Strong references who confirm the applicants ability to exercise sound professional judgment
