SENCO Highly Regarded Secondary School High Wycombe September Start
Location: High Wycombe Contract: FullTime Permanent Salary: MPS/UPS TLR
A respected and inclusive secondary school in High Wycombe is seeking a dynamic and experienced SENCO to lead on SEND provision across the school from September. This is a vital leadership role within a school that prides itself on ensuring every student receives the support they need to thrive.

Your Role as SENCO:
You will oversee the strategic development of the schools SEN policy and provision. This includes working with teaching and support staff to ensure highquality teaching for students with additional needs managing EHCPs liaising with external agencies and leading a team of dedicated support staff.
Who Were Looking For:
A qualified teacher with the National Award for SEN Coordination (or willing to complete it) and a proven track record of working with students with diverse needs. Strong communication leadership and organisational skills are essential as is a passion for inclusive education and wholeschool impact.
