Are you passionate about learning lean processes and procurement In this role youll drive continuous improvement and enable knowledge sharing by shaping Axpos Procurement Academy and supporting process optimisation across the business.
What you will do:
Support Methods & Processes with continuous improvement and compliance checks in procurement
Maintain and operate the Procurement Kanban Board ensuring alignment with lean principles
Manage and continuously update Procurement Guidelines and Handbooks
Identify training needs and develop tailored learning materials for procurement and logistics
Support the Procurement Academy designing and facilitating impactful training formats
Collaborate with Group HR Learning & Development and Lean Management to align on learning initiatives
What you bring & who you are:
University degree in business lean management supply chain or related field
5 years of experience in a corporate environment ideally with L&D exposure
Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain processes
Experience with Lean Management and stakeholder engagement
Confident in developing and delivering training using digital tools (e.g. elearning webinars)
Fluent in English and German; skilled with MS PowerPoint and process/collaboration tools
