Job Description
We now have a new requirement and are looking for a consultant colleague with the qualifications listed below. The position is part of our consulting business which means you will be employed by us and work either with clients or on internal projects and assignments.

Job Description
Create update and maintain components and common patterns.
Update design system foundations (typography colors spacing corner radius etc..
Create documentation and guidelines on usage best practices for our design system portal
Create training material and tutorial videos.
Support users teams and projects with onboarding to the Design System and usage best practice.
Support team members with insights ideas and peer reviews.
Support with presentations newsletters events etc. related to the design system delivery.
Work as part of the core team to build strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders support our shared deliverables and all scrum ceremonies etc.
Your Profile (Musthave requirements)
Extensive experience of UX/UI Design for omnichannel products and/or services
Previous experience of creating and/or extensive experience using design systems
Expert in Figma with a good understanding of tokens and variables
Strong systems thinking and not afraid of tackling complex design challenges
Holistic mindset capable of creating and maintaining consistency across multiple platforms
Talented visual designer capable of delivering premium and refined interface components
Experience of motion design
Good understanding of accessibility principles
Basic understanding of or experience of code and development is a plus
General understanding of and a keen interest in AI
Experience of video production in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is a plus
Teamplayer!
Excellent command of the English language
Strong attention to detail and with a good portion of patience
Strong ability to communicate (internally and externally)
Experience or running and facilitating workshops and managing multiple stakeholders
An open mindset and positive cando attitude.
