Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultancy we are currently assisting our client in finding a talented Electrician to join their operations team in Albany OR. This position requires a commitment to a rotating schedule that encompasses days nights and weekends based on production demands.

RESPONSABILITIES
- Troubleshoot maintain test and repair both electrical and mechanical systems.
- Work with a wide range of equipment including PLCs AC/DC motors transformers circuit breakers control panels lighting systems and power distribution units.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure equipment is properly maintained and repaired helping drive productivity and operational efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Current Oregon Electricians License (LME PJ or J).
- Handson experience with both AC and DC motor controls including variable frequency drives.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical systems.
- Proficient with diagnostic tools such as DMM VOM and Megger.
- Ability to troubleshoot PLCs (specifically Allen Bradley Control Logix).
- Experience in industrial millwright work is a plus; willingness to take on millwright duties when needed.
- Familiarity with CMMS systems is advantageous.
- Competent in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Able to work at heights and in physically demanding conditions.
- Selfmotivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Willing to work extra hours and rotating shifts when necessary.
