Purpose of the role:

As a Croupier in Chesterfield Poker Club you will be responsible for dealing and inspecting the games (Roulette Blackjack Baccarat various Stud poker variations and other casino games on offer) at a very high standard to our guests.

How you will contribute:

• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and professionalism without needing reminders.
• Execute and adhere to gaming protocols at the table and in all other operational aspects at all times.
• Monitor games and provide guidance to fellow croupiers when issues arise.
• Give and receive guidance effectively when required in the context of gaming operations.
• Understand customer needs and expectations and be prepared to offer the best possible gaming experience.
• Consistently demonstrate an exceptionally friendly demeanor evident in both gameplay and interpersonal interactions.
• Show empathy flexibility and respect in interactions with colleagues and guests.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience dealing VIPlevel casino games such as Baccarat Roulette Blackjack and various Stud Poker variations.
• Minimum one year of experience in a similar role or successful completion of Bombay Groups internal training program or evaluation.
• Professional poise and clear courteous communication at all timesboth with guests and within the team.
• Ability to keep colleagues informed through seamless and concise communication during daily operations.
• Strong focus on anticipating guest needs and delivering exceptional service to ensure high satisfaction.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Estonian is preferred and additional languages are a plus.
