Your Role as an Early Career Teacher

• Deliver Engaging Lessons: Teach highquality engaging lessons to students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 ensuring lessons are tailored to meet the diverse needs of the class.

• Incorporate Active Learning: Use a variety of teaching methods including practical activities and collaborative learning to make lessons engaging and help students develop critical thinking and problemsolving skills.

• Work with Senior Staff on Curriculum Development: Collaborate with experienced colleagues to refine and develop the curriculum ensuring it is challenging and accessible for all students.

• Monitor and Support Student Progress: Track student progress through formative assessments and provide constructive feedback to help students achieve their academic goals.

• Contribute to ExtraCurricular Activities: Participate in schoolwide events clubs and activities that encourage students to engage with learning outside the classroom.
