    The role

    Do you have a background in FX or real estate Are you looking for a dynamic fastpaced role focused on building longterm partnerships and driving business growth

    Lumon Pay is on the lookout for a Senior Partnership Manager to join our growing UK team. Reporting into the Country Manager youll take the lead in developing relationships with our key partnersdriving revenue increasing referrals and delivering bestinclass service to our mutual clients.

    Youll thrive in this role if youre a natural relationshipbuilder with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for helping others succeed.

    What youll be doing

    Own and nurture relationships with strategic partners

    Increase partner referrals through excellent communication and ongoing support

    Train and enable our partners to effectively refer business

    Achieve revenue targets and identify growth opportunities

    Streamline referral processes for efficiency and ease

    Embody Lumons values in every interaction

          About you

          Youre a strong relationship builder who can develop trusted longterm partnerships

          A confident communicator comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels

          Youre highly organised and thrive in fastmoving environments

          Youre customerfocused with a drive to deliver great experiences

          Youre resultsoriented with a proven track record of hitting targets

          You bring a positive problemsolving mindset to challenges

          Youre fluent in Englishadditional languages are a big plus
