Growth and Marketing Manager (Remote Philippines)

Compensation: $1400 $1500 USD/month with performance bonuses and PTO

About the Role

We are seeking a highly autonomous and resultsdriven professional to fully own and transform our marketing and sales content strategy and manage our Learning Management Solution product.

This role is designed for someone who thrives with minimal supervision and wants to make a significant impact on business growth. Youll have direct influence over marketing strategies customer engagement and revenue generation.

As a key member of our dynamic venture studio youll have the freedom to implement your ideas make critical decisions and directly contribute to our bottom line.

For the right entrepreneurial candidate this position offers exceptional independence clear growth trajectory toward leadership and firsthand experience scaling businesses. Youll be expected to solve problems creatively adapt quickly to changing priorities and continuously improve our processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Ownership: Take full responsibility for email marketing campaigns content strategy and LMS management with minimal oversight.
• Revenue and Lead Generation: Directly contribute to company growth through effective marketing campaigns and customer retention initiatives.
• Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and implement solutions to improve performance.
• Email Management: Drive both inbound and outbound email communications ensuring professional timely responses and campaign effectiveness.
• Content Strategy Development: Create implement and measure content strategies leveraging AI tools to maximize efficiency and impact.
• LMS Management: Oversee our whitelabel LMS ensuring content is uptodate userfriendly and supports client needs.
• Phone Engagement: Maintain a strong phone presence to interact with clients and team members effectively.
• Client Support: Provide exceptional support to clients addressing inquiries and ensuring high satisfaction rates.
• Process Adherence and Documentation: Maintain and improve our 60page SOP to ensure consistency while continuously enhancing procedures based on realworld results.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in email marketing growth & lead generation content strategy or LMS management
  • Ideal candidate: Selfdirected marketing and/or growth role for a highgrowth company
• Skills: Proficiency in AI tools for content creation strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Ideal candidate: Adaptability and ability to learn and troubleshoot new tools: Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and troubleshoot issues without handholding
• Mindset: Demonstrated ownership mindset with the ability to selfmanage and take initiative.
  • Ideal candidate: Takes ownership of outcomes and not just tasks communicates proactively flagging issues before they become problems thrives in ambiguity and can create structure where none exists and values results over process while still maintaining quality
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with email marketing platforms content management systems and LMS tools.
  • Ideal candidate has experience with our tech stack: Microsoft Suite/Google Suite Email Management ChatGPT Mailchimp LearnWorlds Instantly Hubspot Metricool / Social Media Planning Tool PayPal Youtube / Instagram / TikTok Zapier
    

Location: Based in the Philippines with reliable internet connectivity.
