Job Description
- Shift: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
- Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week
- Weekly Pay Rate: $1260 $1400
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of patient care programs and treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist.
- Provide direct treatment to patients using appropriate therapeutic activities and exercises.
- Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment.
- Educate patients and families on home programs and adaptive techniques.
- Collaborate with OTs PTs Speech Therapists and other members of the rehab team.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility state and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
- Valid state license
- CPR certification.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Travel & Local Considerations:
- Candidates outside a 50mile radius qualify for travel pay.
