Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detailoriented Lead Generation Executive to join our sales team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients gathering accurate contact
information and collaborating with the sales team to convert prospects into business opportunities.
The role requires proficiency in market research sales intelligence platforms data validation and a strong
understanding of customer personas.
Key Responsibilities Deliverables / Outcomes
Lead Generation and amp; Prospecting:
Identify and research potential clients based on the ideal customer profile.
Use sales intelligence tools (like ZoomInfo LinkedIn Sales Navigator Lusha etc. to build prospect lists.
Extract accurate contact information of decisionmakers (CXOs Heads etc. across industries.
Track and maintain a highquality lead database to support sales outreach. Persona Analysis Customer Profiling and amp; Targeting:
Understand customer personas and segment prospects accordingly.
Stay updated on industry trends and new sectors that align with our service offerings.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine targeting strategie Data Validation and amp; Accuracy Database Management:
Maintain structured and uptodate client and lead databases using CRM tools.
Validate and verify collected data to ensure accuracy and eliminate duplicates or outdated contacts.
Regularly clean and enrich the data for maximum outreach efficiency. Database Management:

Share qualified leads with the sales team and assist with outreach strategy.
Provide weekly/monthly reports on lead status conversion potential and outreach performance.
Support the sales team with insights and background information on key prospects.
