The ideal candidate will possess an MBA and have 1015 years of substantial experience in residential real estate sales. This role involves driving sales operations developing strategies to enhance performance and leading a team of sales professionals. Youll be responsible for cultivating relationships with clients overseeing the sales process and ensuring that sales targets are met effectively.
