Job Description
Job Title: QHSE and amp; Compliance Manager
Experience: and nbsp;712 years in QHSE roles within civil engineering testing or infrastructure sectors8

Role Details: and nbsp;To establish maintain and continually improve the Quality Health Safety and Environmental systems of the organization. This role ensures alignment with ISO 9001 (Quality Management) ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and amp; Safety) and NABL requirements for lab operations thereby securing operational excellence audit readiness and a culture of compliance and safety.

Key Responsibilities
- Quality Management (ISO 9001
- Implement and maintain QMS documentation SOPs and quality control workflows
- Lead internal audits customer feedback loops and corrective/preventive action programs
- Health and amp; Safety Oversight (ISO 45001
- Conduct safety risk assessments incident investigations and lead awareness training
- Develop emergency preparedness plans and enforce PPE and safety protocols
- NABL Accreditation
- Oversee technical documentation and lab compliance procedures
- Monitor calibration test validation uncertainty budgets and PT/ILC performance
- Audit and amp; Training Management
- Conduct QHSE onboarding and refresher training for staff
- Drive readiness for certification surveillance and client audits
- Reporting and amp; Performance Tracking
- Maintain dashboards and KPIs across quality safety and lab performance
- Present QHSE performance in monthly/quarterly reviews

Key Skills and amp; Competencies
- Indepth knowledge of ISO 9001 ISO 45001 NABL standards and amp; audit cycles
- Experience in test lab documentation QMS implementation and safety governance
- Strong problemsolving and root cause analysis skills
- Ability to lead crossfunctional teams for compliance and improvement
- Effective trainer and internal auditor
- Certification in Lead Auditor (preferred)
