Job Title: Senior Automation Tester
Location: Bangalore (Whitefield) 5 Days Work from Office
Job Responsibilities
- Design and implement test strategies and approaches for mobile and web applications.
- Guide test planning and activities across delivery tracks.
- Drive automation initiatives to enhance testing efficiency.
- Oversee functional and regression testing for products across multiple releases.
- Conduct nonfunctional testing focusing on user experience application recoverability security performance and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams in a fastpaced agile environment.
- Analyze and optimize complex solutions and system architectures.
- Champion testing standards tools and continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to present testing strategies and findings.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 58 years in software testing with at least 3 years focused on web mobile (Android & iOS) and API testing.
- Strong background in Banking and Financial Services sector testing is preferred.
- Proficiency in automation tools like UI Path SeeTest TestComplete Postman Zephyr and TestRail.
- Solid understanding of software testing methods test planning and .
- Handson experience in functional and nonfunctional testing.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problemsolving interpersonal and communication skills.
Educational Qualification
- BE/ME in Computer Science or a related field.
