Job Description

Sales Representative Debt Relief (Remote Pacific Time Hours)

Are you passionate about helping people find relief from overwhelming debt while earning great commission in a supportive growthfocused work environment

Join our client a fastgrowing company revolutionizing the debt relief industry as a Sales Representative. This is your chance to make a meaningful impact by guiding individuals toward debt relief all while advancing your career in a team that values empathy development and success.


What You ll Do:

  • Make outbound cold calls using a dialer system

  • Qualify prospects and determine their fit for our services

  • Provide empathetic consultative support throughout the debt relief process

  • Maintain accurate and timely client records and updates

  • Build trust and rapport while confidently closing sales

  • Engage with incoming warm leads individuals actively seeking help with credit card debt and guide them from consultation to conversion


What We re Looking For:

  • 4 years of experience in sales (phonebased or inside sales strongly preferred)

  • A compassionate empathetic approach to sales and client conversations

  • Strong consultative selling and active listening skills

  • Ability to thrive in a highvolume outbound calling environment

  • Comfortable working Pacific Time business hours (Monday to Friday)

  • Techsavvy and organized with solid notetaking and CRM experience

  • Experience in US Markets is a strong plus.

  • Submission of a voice recording via discussing your sales expertise
