We re hiring for a Recruiter to support our Box Office Program. The ideal person will be able to screen interview hire and onboard quality candidates as well as perform daily administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Sourcing calling screening interviewing and hiring quality candidates for the position of Box Office Buyer 1099 Independent Contractor) in markets throughout the US
Prioritizing open requisitions and filling open positions in a timely manner
Effectively onboarding new employees and handing them off to the Box Office management team for assignment
Ensuring new hires complete all company/state required administrative documents prior to being onboarded
Being focused on results ability to drive the recruiting process and provide responsive followup to both candidates and management
Responsible for status updates & weekly account management reports
Attention to detail with exceptional analytical and process management skills
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must have at least 1 year of recruitment experience
Must be able to handle multiple requisitions at any given time
Must possess strong time management skills be detailed oriented and organized
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
Must be fluent in English
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have high quality internet connection
Must have quality computer hardware desktop/laptop multiple monitors microphone/headset webcam
Must be reliable on time and self motivated
Qualifications: Technologically savvy and quick on a computer - ability to learn and apply new skills in a changing environment Prior knowledge of working at a call center or remote as a CSR specialist who is well versed in inbound and outbound phone call management. Clear and concise communication is a must. Basic knowledge of Excel and/or Google sheets Attention to detail Quick and accurate data entry - previous experience with data entry is a plus Must be reliable and on time Must be willing and ready to learn Good written and verbal communication skills: Able to deliver professional relationships through clear communication to colleagues, team members and clients Team Player, Reliable, Collaborative, communicates constructively, listens actively. Consistently shows commitment to the team, shares openly and willingly. Can accommodate shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem solving capabilities Takes prompt action to accomplish department goals. Taking initiative to achieve goals beyond what is required, proactive and self motivated Must be willing and available for rotating shifts. Familiarity/knowledge of US sports is a plus, but not required.
