Job Description

Hiring Immediately Automotive Account Executive. Great compensation and benefits.

DealerMax is seeking Trainers to service and help build our growing client base of Dealerships around the country. We need experienced Automotive Managers in particular F&I Managers to assist our clients in growing their sales staff and Finance Departments.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must have prior Automotive Management experience to be considered for this position. Applicants need to demonstrate the ability to train in a classroom setting and prefer prior experience working on behalf of an OEM or F&I training company. We will only consider applicants with a history of managing large teams hands on work in the F&I office and a history of working directly with customers that includes extensive time managing activity in a CRM. The ideal candidate will be an F&I veteran with years of genuine "in the trenches" dealership experience. Qualified candidates will have the ability to travel to clients and the schedule flexibility to meet the needs of Dealers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Classroom setting training of sales process and technique
  • Hands on training of Finance Managers including working side by side with customers
  • Development of training material based on real world knowledge
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
  • Develop quotes and proposals and then pitch products to prospective clients

QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a valid driver s license with an acceptable driving record according to dealership standards College graduate with a background or concentration in business management or marketing a plus At least one year in a dealership sales management position. Professional personal appearance Ability to remain calm while diffusing touchy situations At least two years experience in a dealership sales environment. Must be comfortable managing multiple departments and people. Strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees and vendors Must be able to work extended hours, evenings and weekends
