Toyota of Runnemede is currently looking to hire multiple Automotive Service BDC Representatives! PREVIOUS
AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE OR BDC EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED! A strong customer service /
sales background with a proven record of performance and job stability ARE REQUIRED! We are offering a
competitive base pay PLUS bonuses and an industry leading benefits package.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
You will make outbound calls following up with customer inquiries and future retention 100 200 calls daily)
Organized and ambitious selfstarter
Enthusiastic personality
Knowledge of dealership procedures preferred but not required
Ability to provide quality customer service
Computer literacy
Prompt & courteous
Professional personal appearance & excellent verbal/written communication
Must have clean & valid drivers license
Work closely with service advisors technicians and management to ensure a seamless customer
experience.

Requirements

You have at least one year of prior employment involving customerfacing service or telephone contact.
