Our client is a leading logistics company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Develop business development strategies for the Vietnam market and break them down into detailed implementation plans.
Establish and oversee the Vietnam airfreight sales team manage daily operations and execute training programs to enhance the team s capabilities.
Refine and assign performance evaluation frameworks monitor appraisal progress and provide timely feedback.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with major customers and local logistics providers aligned with corporate cooperation frameworks.
Guide the team in aligning with market trends contribute to product development initiatives and ensure tailored service offerings to meet varying customer demands.
Drive the expansion of the company s sales footprint in Vietnam by executing business plans and achieving targeted sales metrics.
Design and maintain a robust mechanism for tracking sales performance and using data insights to enhance operations.
Supervise the team s operational tasks including flight scheduling space allocation order bookings system input and cargo status updates.
Maintain open communication channels with the head office and internal departments to ensure alignment of resources and consistent business delivery.
Bachelors degree or higher with fluency in both Chinese and English for workrelated communication.
At least five years of experience in sales within Vietnam s air cargo forwarding sector.
Strong knowledge of airfreight sales processes with an existing network of clients.
Excellent negotiation and communication abilities with a strong drive for achieving business goals.
Professional work ethic and the ability to perform under pressure.
