Key Responsibilities:
Teach English to students of Classes XI & XII as per the CBSE curriculum.
Create and implement engaging lesson plans and instructional materials.
Prepare students for CBSE board exams and guide them in developing reading writing speaking and analytical skills.
Conduct periodic assessments assignments and provide constructive feedback to aid student development.
Use creative teaching strategies to make literature and language interesting and relatable.
Encourage students to participate in literary events debates and other languageenriching activities.
Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive inclusive learning environment.
Stay updated with changes in the English syllabus and CBSE exam patterns.
Collaborate with peers on curriculum planning and school initiatives.
Requirements:
Educational Qualification: M.A. (English) with .
Experience: Minimum 25 years of teaching experience in CBSE schools for Classes XI & XII.
Strong subject knowledge with the ability to teach both literature and language effectively.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
Experience in mentoring students for English Olympiads creative writing and public speaking is an added advantage.
