Were hiring a Coffee Inside Sales Representative on behalf of a fastgrowing innovative specialty coffee distributor. - Fulltime 45 hrs/week)
Monday Friday: 9:00am 5:00pm
Saturday: 11:00am 4:00pm - Optional: 4day workweek 37 hrs) with Saturday required.
Responsibilities
Help customers via phone email chat and inperson answering questions recommending equipment and guiding purchases.
Greet walkin customers in our showroom demo coffee machines and create a welcoming informative experience.
Handle instore transactions (cash debit credit) with care and accuracy.
Stay up to date on the latest coffee trends and equipment.
Support other departments when needed during busy times youre a team player.
Requirements
- A specialty coffee enthusiast (not just a barista this goes beyond shifts and lattes).
- You know your espresso machines grinders and brewers or youre hungry to learn every detail.
- You re a people person who brings energy patience and great conversation to every interaction.
- You re dependable upbeat and excited about helping others find their perfect coffee setup.
- You want a longterm opportunity in a company where your passion can turn into a career.
- Have experience in coffee retail barista work or sales of coffee gear.
- Know your espresso machines and grinders like the back of your hand.
- Can explain the difference between conical and flat burrs without Googling.

A love for coffee and being a specialty coffee enthusiast is required. Have worked in the coffee industry or with coffee-related products in the past is an asset. You are a great communicator and enjoy being around people. You are looking to grow within a progressive organization with long-term career opportunities. You have experience handling cash and other transactions.
