You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailA UKGhana based technology group is seeking a creative resultsdriven and digitally savvy Social Media Executive to join its expanding team in Accra role supports two dynamic businesses: a UKbased facilities management company serving clients across various industries and an online fashion retail brand with a strong customer base in Ghana. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and executing social media strategies creating engaging content and driving brand awareness and customer engagement across multiple platforms.
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Create and manage engaging content for various social media platforms including blog posts articles multimedia content and promotional materials.
Monitor social media trends and digital technologies to inform content creation and strategy adjustments.
Analyze social media performance metrics and provide quarterly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Plan and execute social media campaigns and competitions to boost brand awareness and audience interaction.
Set measurable goals for campaigns and track ROI to assess effectiveness.
Respond to customer inquiries comments and feedback on social media platforms promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with internal departments and creative teams to ensure cohesive and effective online marketing strategies.
Manage multiple social media accounts across different business brands.
Conduct market research to identify potential new clients and opportunities for business growth.
Reach out to prospective clients via phone and email to gauge interest and schedule meetings.
Prepare client presentations and marketing materials including PowerPoint decks and sales displays.
Attend networking events conferences and industry gatherings to promote the companys services and expand its client base.
Relevant educational background with a commitment to continuous learning.
Proven experience in social media management and business development roles.
Proficiency in Google Workspace Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word) and modern ERP systems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Professional telephone etiquette and a strong understanding of customer service principles.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
High attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
Indepth knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook Instagram Snapchat and WhatsApp.
Demonstrated success in B2B and B2C sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and effectively negotiate at all organizational levels.
