- Telesales with passion drive and credibility
- Meet or surpass the allocated Sales Targets set by Management
- Receive sales calls from customers
- Canvas new business opportunities using outgoing telephone calls
- Suggested outgoing call rate number
- Create a sales plan identify product groups target customers review and adjust if needed
- Make outgoing calls in a polite and professional manner
- Generate sales leads and update the customer base
- Quote for customer requirements using the Company pricing guide
- Follow up on quotes within 24 hours and maintain the quote register
- Enter customer orders directly into the company order processing system
- Customer account management ensure all aspects of the customers sales and marketing requirements are satisfactorily met
- Attend Sales Meetings and provide required feedback with sales numbers prospects call to action competitor feedback and call plan generation for the following week
- Attend required product training or sales training as scheduled from time to time
- Assist with any project/item as may be requested from time to time by management
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Effective people relationshipbuilding skills.
- Ability to thrive in a highperformance IT sales environment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good numeracy skills able to count and perform simple calculations (e.g. add subtract multiply and divide) accurately and efficiently.
- Knowledge of the IT environment and related products
- Ability to close the deal
- Able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent Telephonic skills
- Computer literate
- Good time management planning and organisation skills.
