SALARY BUDGET: 9 Million Per Annum Net (Open for negotiation based on budget)
EXPERIENCE LENGTH: At least 5 years
SUMMARY
This role is ideal for a seasoned brand professional with FMCG experience particularly in the spirits and wines sector. The successful candidate will drive the brand growth by developing and executing strategic marketing plans leading innovation projects and leveraging consumer insights to shape brand positioning and communications. Key responsibilities include managing agency relationships evaluating brand investments and supporting trade marketing efforts across all channels. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience strong analytical and digital marketing skills and be APCON and NIMN certified.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The appointees will amongst other things:
Champion and drive growth in volume and equity by leveraging on consumer attitudes motivations and trends
Develop and execute short and long terms brand plans
Plan and be accountable for development of brand innovations and reengineering projects
Deliver brand strategy and advertising communications founded on deep understanding of consumer insights
Monitor and evaluate all brand investments and assets
Manage agency partners with focus on achieving brand growth agenda
Generate monthly brand and market reports
