Job Title: EPS/XPS Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Executive to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling EPS and XPS insulation products across the region. The role requires a strong background in building materials sales excellent client relationship management and a deep understanding of the local construction and insulation markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base in the EPS/XPS product segment.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with contractors consultants developers and distributors.
- Conduct regular visits to project sites and clients to understand requirements and provide technical support and product recommendations.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and quotations tailored to customer needs.
- Collaborate with the technical and production teams to ensure customer specifications and delivery timelines are met.
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer preferences to optimize sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate sales records reports and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Participate in industry events exhibitions and trade shows to promote brand awareness.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 35 years of proven sales experience in EPS/XPS or related building insulation materials.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi construction market and regulations.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel within the Kingdom.
- Proficiency in English is required Arabic is a strong advantage
