Pay: $25$30/hour (Based on Experience)
Shift: Weekday Nights 6:00 PM 6:00 AM

We are currently seeking experienced Fitter Welders for a reputable client located in Sand Springs OK. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience fitting pressure vessels and heat exchangers along with advanced welding knowledge and strong mechanical skills. This is an excellent opportunity for dependable detailoriented welders looking for a longterm position with a company that values craftsmanship and precision.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience fitting pressure vessels and heat exchangers
Expertlevel knowledge of metal fitting to meet industry codes and standards
Proficient in thermal cutting and welding processes
Ability to accurately read and interpret AutoCAD prints for specifications and dimensions
Skilled in the use of oxy/fuel cutting torches and PlasArc machines
Ability to tack weld in compliance with welding codes and procedures
Aboveaverage math skills and a strong understanding of geometry
Selfmotivated leader capable of executing plans with minimal supervision
Teamoriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively
Strong sense of pride in workmanship and alignment with company values
Punctual and dependable with a flexible approach to working extended hours when needed
Must consistently maintain a fitup rejection rate of less than 5
