Job Title:Powder Coating Technician
Location:North Tulsa
Shift:Monday Friday 6:00 AM 3:30 PM (Potential Saturdays; hours may vary based on company needs)
Pay:$17.00 per hour

Position Overview
We are seeking an experiencedPowder Coating Technicianto join our team in North Tulsa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial powder coating excellent attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a physically demanding production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare metal surfaces for powder coating by cleaning sanding blasting and masking parts as required
Mix and apply powder coatings using spray guns in a controlled environment
Inspect coated parts for quality consistency and compliance with specifications
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area while following all safety protocols
Conduct routine maintenance on coating equipment and promptly report any malfunctions
Accurately track and document material usage batch numbers and completion times
Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals and deadlines are met
Required Experience and Skills
12 years of previous powder coating experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Familiarity with operating tools and industrial machinery as required for the coating process
