As a Cashier at Sonar Spark you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role is essential in providing a smooth and friendly checkout experience. You will handle transactions efficiently answer customer inquiries and maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
Responsibilities
Greet customers with a positive attitude and provide prompt service
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
Handle cash credit and debit card payments securely
Answer basic customer questions and direct them to appropriate staff when needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the frontend area
Restock merchandise near the register when necessary
Report any issues with registers or customer concerns to the supervisor
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus
Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Dependable punctual and teamoriented
