We are currently seeking a proactive and detailoriented Events Assistant to join our growing team in Austin TX. This role supports the planning coordination and of company events from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills and a passion for delivering highquality events that reflect our companys standards.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate events meetings and conferences
Manage event timelines logistics and vendor communications
Support the Events Manager with onsite event and problemsolving
Prepare materials and equipment needed for events
Ensure all events meet brand standards and client expectations
Maintain clear documentation of event budgets schedules and evaluations
Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for team members or guests if required
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality Communications or related field preferred
12 years of experience in event coordination or administrative support in an eventrelated role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Availability to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
