We are seeking a detailoriented and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company ensuring all guests and callers are greeted with a welcoming and helpful attitude. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities
Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently
Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms to ensure cleanliness and order
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
Provide general administrative support to various departments
Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and staff
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and demeanor
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
