We are currently seeking a motivated and detailoriented Event Coordinator to join our team in Allentown PA. The ideal candidate will assist in the planning and followup of a variety of events ensuring a seamless experience for clients and participants. This is a handson role that requires excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
Coordinate all aspects of event planning and logistics including venue selection vendor management and onsite coordination
Maintain clear communication with clients and team members to meet expectations and timelines
Manage event budgets and ensure all activities stay within financial guidelines
Supervise event setup and breakdown
Prepare postevent reports and analysis for continuous improvement
Handle administrative duties related to event planning and tracking
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a similar role
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously
Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality Marketing or related field preferred
