As part of our Customer Connections Team youll join us as our dedicated Process & Audit Specialist where youll provide a central point of contact for managing regulatory audits data integrity addressing customer issues and owning all process & audit process improvement projects.

 

On a typical week you can expect to be:

  • Scheduling and managing electricity and gas distributor audits
  • Investigating root causes for any identified compliance issues and implementing improvements
  • Assisting with identifying and implementing operational process improvements
  • Maintaining accurate ICP information and ensuring data integrity across platforms
  • Taking part in investigating customer complaints and recommending process enhancements
  • Understanding how processes systems and data interconnect to consider downstream impacts
  • Ensuring you stay up to date with all regulatory and / or pricing changes and the impacts of these in our process flow

 

What youll come with:

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • A processoriented mindset with proactive problemsolving capabilities
  • Experience with auditing compliance or process mapping
  • Ability to understand regulatory requirements and legal language
  • Great communication skills to collaborate across internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g. auditors).
  • A customerfocused attitude coupled with willingness to take ownership
