Are you passionate about the future of digital design and construction AECOMs Digital Delivery team is looking for a Graduate to join our program and help deliver smarter more sustainable infrastructure using cuttingedge digital tools BIM and workflows.

Role Overview: As a Graduate Digital Delivery you will support our multidisciplinary teams in integrating Building Information Modelling (BIM) into the design and delivery of major projects across the region. Youll work with a team of digital specialists engineers and architects using innovative platforms like Revit Civil 3D Navisworks and BIM360 to drive efficiency collaboration and design excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination and management of BIM models across disciplines.
- Support the development of 3D and 4D models for design planning and construction stages.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure models comply with project requirements and BIM standards.
- Participate in knowledgesharing sessions and contribute to digital innovation initiatives.
- Learn and apply industry best practices for data integration automation and visualization.
Qualifications :
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture from an accredited University.
- Candidates must be recent 2024 or 2025 graduates (no later than Sept 2025 to be eligible for AECOMs Graduate Program.
- Successful applicants must have achieved a minimum GPA of 3.3 or 2:1 (or equivalent) and above.
- If you hold a Masters degree it must have started within 12 months of finishing your Bachelors to meet the programs continuous education requirement.
- Candidates with more than 1 year of postgraduate work experience are not eligible for the program and are encouraged to apply for our professionallevel roles instead.

- Program Orientation: October 2025 Our full graduate cohort from across the Middle East will come together for a dedicated induction networking and teambuilding experience.
