Location: Remote Employment Type: CommissionBased with Transition to Salary
About Us: At FOX Staffing Network we specialize in recruiting top talent for permanent placements across various industries. We are looking for a motivated and selfdriven Independent CommissionBased Recruiter to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who wants the freedom to manage their own clients build their business within ours and earn substantial commissions while receiving ongoing training and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Sourcing & Relationship Management: You will source screen and place candidates while building and managing relationships with clients.
Placement Process: From job order to candidate placement you will manage the entire process.
Independent Work: You will work as an independent contractor sourcing your own clients but will have access to our tools software and resources to help you succeed.
Qualifications :
SelfStarter: Ability to source and manage your own clients and candidates.
Motivation: Drive to build a successful recruiting career and achieve high earnings.
Business EIN Number Federal Tax ID
Recruitment or sourcing experience
*1 year of either agency or corporate recruitment experience required
Additional Information :
This is a 1099 position. The Recruiter shall be engaged as an independent contractor not as an employee of the Company. The Recruiter will not be entitled to any employee benefits including health insurance paid time off or retirement benefits.
