Tender Identification:
- Research and identify bid opportunities that align with the companys strategic goals.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to stay informed about upcoming tenders.
Proposal Preparation:
- Coordinate the preparation of highquality tender submissions that meet all specifications and deadlines.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather necessary information and insights for proposals.
Bid Management:
- Oversee the entire tendering process including scheduling meetings setting timelines and ensuring compliance with requirements.
- Review and analyze competitors bids and market trends to inform strategy.
Client Interaction:
- Engage with potential clients during the bid process to clarify requirements and present our value proposition. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to enhance future bidding opportunities.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of submitted bids and client feedback for analysis.
- Generate reports to track bid success rates and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development or tendering in a relevant industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
