Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities for technological enhancement.
- Design and develop architectural solutions that are scalable and secure.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Lead crossfunctional teams to implement and optimize business solutions.
- Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements or replacements.
- Document architectural frameworks standards and processes.
- Ensure that solutions adhere to industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Support the development of project roadmaps and timelines.
- Conduct feasibility studies and costbenefit analyses for proposed projects.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Integrate new technologies into the existing landscape for enhanced performance.
- Monitor industry trends to identify innovative solutions and methodologies.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on new systems.
- Act as the primary point of contact for resolving designrelated issues.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role ideally in a business environment.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies including Agile and DevOps.
- Experience in enterprise architecture frameworks like TOGAF or Zachman.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java Python or C#.
- Familiarity with cloud service providers like AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a detailoriented mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of database systems and data modeling principles.
- Experience with business process modeling and optimization techniques.
- Strong understanding of information security practices and protocols.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Certifications in architecture or related fields are a plus.
- Open to continuous learning and professional development.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
