As a Senior Human Resources Generalist you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive HR Facilitation to our HR Services function. You will be accountable for managing various HR operations including employee relations performance management talent acquisition and HR policies. Your expertise in HR practices and regulations will ensure compliance and drive the success of our HR initiatives. Additionally you will work with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement HR programs that facilitate our business objectives. You will report directly to our HR Director and you will work out of our plant in Pazardzhik. In this role you will have a significant impact on the organization by driving employee engagement fostering a positive work culture and assisting in the development and retention of our talented workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding
Coordinate job postings and sourcing efforts
Screen resumes and organize interviews with hiring teams
Conduct candidate interviews and reference checks
Prepare employment offers and manage background checks
Lead a seamless onboarding process for new hires
Ensure compliance with employment laws and reporting requirements
Advise and support hiring managers throughout the process
Employee Administration and Support
Maintain accurate employee records contracts and HRIS data
Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and document support
Compensation and Benefits
Support salary benchmarking and benefits analysis
Employee Relations
Conduct entrance and exit interviews
Support diversity equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives
Facilitate management and workforce communication including negotiations and training
Performance Management
Design and implement performance management processes
Support goal setting performance reviews and career development planning
Compliance
Ensure compliance with all relevant internal policies and local/state employment laws
Update and maintain accurate HR documentation and records
Training and Development
Coordinate orientation and onboarding programs
Organize employee training workshops leadership development and coaching sessions
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
Proven experience in a similar HR Generalist or HR Officer role
University degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and problemsolving abilities
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams
Experience with HRIS and digital HR tools is a plus
Advanced computer skills including data entry data processing communication tools and Comp. & Ben. Methodology and human resources software.
