Job Description

As the Senior Director Product Management Wholesale for our Moen Brand you will guide our product management function focused on our wholesale customers. You will oversee the full product lifecyclefrom concept to commercializationensuring alignment with business strategy and delivering solutions that meet wholesale partner needs.

Youll collaborate across teams in Marketing Sales Innovation RGM Finance and Operations to create differentiated highimpact product strategies. Youll play a critical role in shaping the product roadmap identifying market opportunities and championing innovation that strengthens our position in the wholesale channel.

Position location: This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule based out of Deerfield IL. Effective mid2025 Fortune Brands will transition to a new worldclass campus in Deerfield bringing together associates from across our U.S. offices brands and functions. The campus will offer vibrant workspaces for collaboration along with amenities for dining onsite daycare fitness and recreation.

What you will be doing

  • Develop and manage Moens B2B product strategy to support business objectives category growth and wholesale partner success.
  • Guide manage and coach a highperforming team of product managers across all stages of the product lifecycleconcept development launch and portfolio optimization.
  • Define and manage the product roadmap aligned to the needs of wholesale partners and crossfunctional stakeholders.
  • Build deep relationships with wholesale partners (e.g. plumbing distributors homebuilders and trade professionals) to understand business strategies installer needs and market shifts.
  • Utilize consumer insights analytics and market intelligence to shape category leadership and differentiation.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with Sales Marketing Innovation Supply Chain RGM and Finance to ensure integrated gotomarket .
  • Support product line reviews and joint business planning with key customers.
  • Identify white space opportunities and innovation platforms to expand Moens reach within wholesale channels.
  • Serve as a peer partner to the Consumer Product Management team codeveloping best practices through a Product Management Center of Excellence.
  • Champion a culture of innovation collaboration and accountability across your team and the broader business.

 


Qualifications :

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Engineering Business Administration or a related field.
  • 10 years of progressive experience in product management.
  • 5 years in a leadership capacity in consumer or trade products.
  • Demonstrated success managing product portfolios within wholesale channels (e.g. trade plumbing distribution homebuilders).
  • Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and product decisions.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing mentoring and growing highperforming teams.
  • Financial acumen experience with pricing P&L and revenue optimization.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Tableau Power BI and SAP.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Experience in building products or related consumer/trade goods inudstries.
  • Familiarity with omnichannel strategy and coordination between wholesale and retail product strategies.

Additional Information:

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $140000 USD $220000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range or be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to education training experience professional achievement business need and location. In addition to base salary employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a rolebased sales incentive plan.
