Job Description
- Conduct comprehensive competitor analysis including market trends pricing strategies and product offerings
- Analyze internal sales performance and service metrics to identify strengths gaps and areas for improvement
- Develop actionable insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies and customer service processes including tracking progress and outcomes
- Collaborate closely with sales and service teams to enhance market positioning and competitive advantage
- Monitor industry developments and emerging trends that impact the business
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management providing datadriven insights and recommendations
- Support decisionmaking by leveraging data analytics
Qualifications :
- 13 years working experience is preferred
- Experience in market research competitive analysis or sales analytics is preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
- Proficient in Excel and possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work crossfunctionally and influence decisionmaking.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
